Nose : Big sherry, muscovado sugar. some treacle notes and stewed apples.
Palate : Soft spice, then juicy red fruits, blackcurrants and cherries. Some creamier notes emerge along with some smoked meats.
Finish : Long and chewey. Very mouth coating sherry. Almost salty with more black cherries coming through.
