Chichibu 2011 The Peated Cask Strength
Distilled at one of the youngest distilleries in Japan which was founded by Ichiro Akuto, Chichibu has been operational since 2008 being the first new distillery in Japan since 1973. This 2011 vintage has been produced from heavily peated malt. It has been bottled in 2015 free from chill filtration and artificial colouring at a cask strength of 62.5% abv.
