A rare discontinued version of Longrow CV Single Malt Scotch Whisky from The Springbank Distillery Campbeltown Named after the closed distillery opposite. This is a double distilled heavily peated malt whisky. Matured in Bourbon, Sherry, Port and Rum casks.
Tasting Notes:
On the nose the whisky is creamy with vanilla custard. Slowly smoke develops like a smouldering fire, Marshmallows toasted on a campfire crisp on the outside and sticky sweet in the middle!
Palate: rich and creamy with a slight medicinal hint. smoke in the background, Incredibly well balanced
Finish: The gentle smoke lingers and moreish !
