The English Whisky Company - Chapter 9
Based in Norfolk, the St. George’s Distillery is the oldest registered distillery in England. Producing high quality and award winning single malt whiskies. Part of the ‘Chapter’ range, Chapter 9 is the Second of these ‘chapters’ available to the public to be peated, the first was Chapter 8 which was sold out almost instantly.
On opening the aromas of oak, citrus and an undertone of gentle smoke, the palate is instantly hot chilli, then caramel, smoke and gummy bears with a medium long finish of smoke, toffee and peat.
