Independent bottler Signatory released this peated Ardmore for Whisky Live Paris. It was matured in an ex-oloroso sherry cask which marries Ardmore’s distinctive heather smoke with a fruity, toffee sweetness. Aromas of burnt liquorice, walnut and peat smoke jump from the glass, leading to notes of milk chocolate and honeysuckle on the palate, underpinned by a pleasing oily smokiness.
