Notes :-

Nose : Rich sherry and nutty nose, with warm toffee, plums, mulled wine and a hint of aniseed.

Palate : Lots of orange, with red currant jelly, old leather, touches of white pepper, poached pears and star anise.

Finish : Lingering sherry notes with dry spices and growing creamy vanilla notes.
